We invite you to submit a paper for presentation at the ASEE Zone III Meeting 2015.  Submissions will be reviewed by members of the Technical Committee for quality, relevance of topic and suitability for presentation at the meeting.

There are five basic steps to submitting your abstract(s)/papers(s)

  1. Author Registration

Step 1: Author Registration  (http://edas.info/N20417)

All authors of your paper should register in the EDAS online system so that names/affiliations are accurately recorded and paper(s) can be associated.

Steps for author registrations (create an account):

  1. Corresponding (submitting) Authors - http://edas.info/N20417 (use this link to register and create a paper profile) > click “create a new account
    Co-Authors (non-submitting) Authors - https://edas.info/ > click “create a new account
  2. Create author profile – note there are only five fields required (marked with a red asterisk). Check the Privacy Policies box and then click the “add this person” button.

You will receive an email from EDAS containing a temporary password. You may elect to retain this password or change to one that is easier for you to remember. To do this, return to http://edas.info, click on the My Profile tab, and then change your password.

**Your e-mail/password combination MUST be used to access system, upload paper or paper revisions. Be careful to keep this information in a safe place.**

Note: The EDAS system is utilized by many organizations, so if you have previously created an account, you may skip this registration step.

Step 2: Abstract Preparation
A short abstract (150 words maximum) should open the paper. The purposes of an abstract are:

-          to give a clear indication of the objective, scope, and results of the paper so that readers may determine whether the full text will be of particular interest to them;

-          to provide key words and phrases for indexing, abstracting, and retrieval purposes.

The abstract should not attempt to condense the whole subject matter into a few words for quick reading.
